Help for Children - Education as a real chance for a better life

The Children’s Help Organization: Future Citizen Nepal was founded through Bir Bahardur (Bibi) Funyal in 2010. In 2013, it received approval as Children’s Help Organization. We are currently helping 32 children and teenagers. These kids have predominantly lost either mother or father, and sometimes even both parents, through death or escape. These kids do not only miss out on any future opportunities, but their life is in immediate danger. The children fall out of their social network and are attacked and mercilessly shipped away (i.e.: abduction and children trafficking). For these reasons the organization children’s help is urgently needed.

A replacement home

In our home, kids are integrated into a replacement home, that offers them shelter, food, education, casual and school clothes, medical care, leisure time activities and tender love and care. With these opportunities we not only want to give our kids love and safety but also the chance at a new and better life.
